The Western Region committee meets on the second Wednesday of each month at the Belmont Recreation Centre, Abernethy Road, Belmont. It comprises the following members (Rotary Club and District are shown brackets):

District Governors are "shareholders" of the RAWCS national company and may attend any meetings.

District Governors Elect (i.e. they will become District Governors in the coming financial year) are members of the Regional Committee.

District Governors Nominee (DGs the year after next) are also invited to the meetings and receive copies of committee papers.
